Q: I know the model and filament I want, how do I order?
A: Please send an email to [email protected] to inquired about placing an order.
Please be sure to include the model you'd like printed and in which filament along with scale you'd like the model printed in.
Our suggestion is to pring models full scale but you can choose to increase or decrease the scale if you'd like the print to be
larger or smaller than the description shows.
Q: Do I have to buy the model in the filament shown?
A: No. You can pair any model with any filament you choose.
Q: Is it possible to request models that are not shown in this store?
A: Yes. If you have a model you'd like us to use for your print, let us know.
Q: Are you able to ship my print to me or do I have to be local to Richmond?
A: We can ship your print but shipping charges will be added to the cost of your purchase. Please reach out for an estimated shipping cost.
Q: Are you able to do bulk prints of a model?
A: Yes but we are a small business with only one 3D printer and so bulk orders will take some time.
Q: Why do some models have two prices (standard and strength) but others do not?
A: The two prices shown (standard and strength) represent two different printing profiles. The strength profile uses more
filament to make for a stronger print and so the cost increases. The models that only show one price can be printed with
the standard profile or the strength profile but the difference in filament used is nominal and so we only show the one
price. We suggest opting for the strengh profile--especially when the print is for a child.
